This is a Covid safe proper village pub. Amazing food, generous portions and a good selection of dishes on the menu, without too much to choose from. Great value for money and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend this pub.

Amazing food and super friendly staff who love dogs. A proper quaint little pub a little out of the way. The pies are real old fashioned great pies and you get so much liver with the liver and onions, it's wonderful! Definitely a stop by even if you have to go a little out the way to get here. The desserts are incredible, the brownie especially. Large portions for your money so make sure you leave room! (It's also a pokestop so that's always a bonus)
Went for a meal for my Wife's birthday. The staff were very friendly, good choice on menu with a specials choice too. The service was very good and the food was great. The sticky toffee pudding was the best and highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic went for Sunday dinner. Had lamb.loads of meat and veg.10.50.
Great service from friendly staff. Set in a nice quiet village location, this pub made a nice change to the hustle and bustle of some places. Food was delicious, and prices were great. Just make sure to book in advance.
