I must say, the staff are very nice people, always willing to help when they can. However, it is impossible to reach anyone there if you call. Half the time I end up somehow at the answering service for the Joliet office instead of the Bolingbrook office. My appointments get cancelled last minute, then moved to another day without my permission. Doctors are inconsistent, they're there one day and the next they are suddenly at a completely different practice. I've been going here for several years now, and I must say that if you MUST go here like I do, that's fine. However, if you have other options, go somewhere else. Again, the staff are wonderful people, the system itself with scheduling and it being state funded is where the issues arise.
