Just moved to town from Richmond, VA, and I feel so blessed for finding this place. Everyone is so nice & friendly. The nurse who helped me as a new donor is so sweet, so beautiful inside & out- thank you Miss Ruby! Rachel, in the triage is so knowledgeable, she patiently explained me all the process when I first donated. Jason & Marc are really friendly & helpful! And Val has the most amazing dexterity when puncturing my vein! Thank you so much, guys :)

The center is shiny and new. Everyone is very nice. However, I feel like they may need a little more training. I have given plasma in the past and never had any issues or pain. Today I went and almost at the end one of the workers came over and adjusted my needle - in doing so she punctured my vein. From that point on I was not feeling well. I felt like passing out and throwing up. I looked like I had a jawbreaker under my skin. From that point on the staff (with the exception of one honest person - who explained to me what happened) they were trying to make it my fault by saying I didn't drink enough water. I don't think I will be going back. Still do not feel good and my arm is killing me. Update Tuesday, May 8th, tried to call - couldn't speak to anyone told someone would call me back. No one has. I still have a bruise and my arm is still sore. Not surprised at all that no one called back. Picture below is the bruise I still have five days later.

This place is good, but the front desk is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I call they never pick up and always poor service. They need to have someone with a more uplifting spirit that can at least pretend to like their job.

I can't understand the bad reviews I've read. These are people working in a difficult profession. They do a very needed an important job. YES ... You've gotta wait sometime. You're getting paid nicely for your time. Deal with it. I'm going on my third month. As I walk in people are greeting me by name. They are friendly and professional. Never do you ever see anyone slacking off their jobs. Take your cry-baby whiney bad attitudes somewhere else. This is a seriously good facility.

One of the worst places to donate. The staff there is unorganized. New donors be prepared to wait over an hour and that's just to be checked in. Website says \UP\ to 2 hours but u need to expect 4. Return donors be prepared to deal with misinformation. For some reason, they don't always put in valid information and you may constantly have to correct them because the will defer you for their mistakes. They have staff members that stick needles in your veins but not quite confident in themselves to do their jobs safely as told to me by the person sticking ppl. A very big problem. I once sat 40 minutes in pain because the young man there did not do it right. And last, they mess up check-ins. U might have to double check to make sure you're checked in. If it seems like you've been waiting awhile, somebody probably didn't do their job. Its not uncommon here. I will not return. Plus you can find better promotions almost anywhere else.
