The sales team gave me a fair trade in for my existing vehicle and Sarah worked diligently to find me the best possible interest rate for a used car. What a great car buying experience I had at Lyle Pearson Acura. Mike Hazel went above and beyond to help me get into my dream car. Any little issue I had, he was right there to assist me. Even after I purchased my car he still keeps in contact to ensure I’m still enjoying my car and always tells me to never hesitate to call him if I had any issues. That right there is what superior customer service is all about!

A simply amazing experience! Richard helped us with a test drive, took time to look at a trade in and took care of the financing for us. Got a better than advertised rate as well. I looked at a lot of dealerships that wanted to haggle and make the process intentionally difficult. Richard was the complete opposite, wasn’t pushy, and gave us space to make the decision. I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else in the future.

I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my 2018 Acura RDX from Big John. John is a very professional, fun salesmen. He and I met last summer, I expressed what type of auto I was looking for. Early January 2021, John and I spoke and a beautiful 2018 white Acura RDX had just come on the lot. I drove from Oregon and Big John had the care totally detailed and ready for me to test drive.
