Excellent customer services from start to finish. The initial visit and quote from Duane was extremely informative, professional and helpful in meeting our requirements at a competitive price. Thank you for your patience! Excellent, friendly communication throughout from Danielle, Richard or Lesley at the Welling office to confirm and arrange installation and answer any queries. Thank you. High standard of work in installation of new boiler, heater and all required 'extras' undertaken by engineers Louai and Dave. They demonstrated expertise and knowledge throughout the day. Both were tidy and thoughtful whilst completing installation and doing relevant tests, etc. on completion. A job well done! Thanks. In the future will have the Boilers R Us cover plan for extra peace of mind and no worries. Massive thanks to all.

Had a whole new installation fitted last week would definitely recommend boilersrus had them at my property for 4 days very professional,clean and tidy thank you to the 2 lads who carried out the work
Absolute con merchants!! My 80 year mum paid them 800 to flush her radiators and instal a new pump. Roll on six months later and the whole central heating system stopped working. We have today had a Gas Engineer from the Govt. ECO SCHEME inspect the system and he informed us that the radiators haven't been flushed FOR YEARS and the pump was installed upside down!!! He said it was the work of cowboys. We have videos, photos and a water sample from the rads. Im reporting them to trading standards and Which magazine to investigate. Avoid like the plague. I
Please stay away from this company, couldn't fix my boiler and wasn't interested in getting the part and repairing, just gave me the number of the manufacturer and walked away. Poor, poor, poor!
5* very helpful staff in the office, and very pleased with my new installation. After being let down by another local company, I’m so pleased my friend recommended me to BoilersRus. Will highly recommend their engineer‘s Richard and Dave who was so lovely and hard working. Thank you
