Called up yesterday as my heating was playing up. turned out i needed a new thermostat. was given some good advice about the new products on the market and decided to go with a nest Thermostat. great advice. this thermostat is ideal as i can control from my phone and will be really useful in saving money when im running late and don't need my heating on. was a nightmare! our boiler had broke down on a very cold night and the engineer gave us an option to repair the current 15 year old boiler or replace. as a better long term option. we decided to go for the new boiler. Danny managed to organise a team and the new valiant combi to attend on a sunday as it was an emergency and went out of his way on a weekend to ensure we was back up and running with a new boiler. excellent company.. and done a very neat job of fitting the new boiler in our airing cupboard
We used Boiler Repair Pros as my boiler decided to stop working leaving me with no heating or hot water. They attended the same day and was very polite and helpful in fixing our fault to get working again. I will definitely use in the future.
We Really Cannot explain how grateful we are to this company. We manage a Nursing home in Cookham and the boiler went down on the weekend and our list of contractors all let us down. after spending literally half an hour calling around and explaining the situation this gem of a company arranged for one of their boiler engineers who was not on shift to take on the job. he attended and managed to get the boiler and hot water working on a temporary measure. and followed up Monday for a more indepth repair and carried out a full service of the central heating system aswell. a real local hero company in our opinion. highly recommended from Us.
Cannot get through to any main number after paying 85 for diagnosis which they couldn't do properly. Was due back to fix 3 way valve today and have had a no show. When ringing the main office line just goes to a mobile not connected. The address of 11a Palmer's close Maidenhead does not exist as I live down that road and there is no 11a All phone numbers link back to plumbing team London which again main number links to a mobile that is off even though they advertise as 24/7. Wasted money and time and have had no communication what so ever will be contacting bank and fraud line regarding this matter.
