sorry about the delay in review here. firstly allow me to thank Dave the installation engineer. he treated our property with the utmost care though out the installation. he has a real attention to detail which i know being into interior design as essential when in peoples homes. i was not there during the final stages of the work and was not fully briefed on how to use the new smart thermostat. i called up the next day and was put at ease that it was no issue and Dan came back at a convenient time and ensured i was fully to grips with the control and it was all set up on my phone properly. these guys really went the extra mile for us and its a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. many thanks again
