Brilliant customer service by Abdur this morning. He phoned me 15 minutes before arrival, arrived on time to fix my boiler and identified the problem immediately. He explained what the issue was and it was fixed and working again within 15 minutes. Professional and friendly service - thankyou!

This was exactly how emergency call-out should be. The engineer was at my door within a couple of hours; the diagnosis was speedy and correct: he was back, having sourced the necessary part, by 1pm the next working day, and the repair completed with heating restored a few minutes later. Abdur was competent and polite throughout, and (for a weekend call-out) the charge was reasonable. Excellent service.

Had a leak at mains water valve recently and contacted emergency insurance provider who allocated the job to a local contractor twice, both couldn't come out until 2 days after (some emergency cover!). After various calls back and forth, they finally allocated the job to these guys who were at my door in less than 20 minutes! Very friendly, quickly resolved the issue with minimum fuss and on their way. Will definitely be using for other work in the future.
