Really lovely library, and very interesting. There is the first translation to Spanish, made by Antonio Nariño of the Declaration of the rights of man and of the citizen, and many other important documents of Colombia. I loved that library.

Over there you can get an important background of colombia's history and also take advantage of wide variety of materials that it offers to you, like ancient and modern books, digital and novel contents, magazines, score and stuff. I highly recommend you to go there.
Wonderful Library remains me searching on books to make my homework a long time ago at the same time visited the first floor where used to be the national tv.
It's building is a classic one. It's beautiful and has a collection of written art works. A must visit.
Has afacilities open to everyone. For free you xan make a members card, and get free access to the books, internet and use computer.
Used to have a professionally designed music listening room.
