Delicious food. In a lovely setting with great service. Happy to adapt dishes where they're able to to make them gluten free. Quite expensive by Colombian standards but for the quality of food and service it is very good value for money by international standards. Highly recommended.

This is a great place for a special occasion. The food is world-class. It is easily over of the best restaurants in Bogotá. Reservations highly recommended. The wait staff was among the best I've ever met. They really take care of their customers. Prices are high by Colombian standards but worth every penny. A comparable meal in a high-end American restaurant would be no better than what Matiz serves and would really cost 3 to 4 times the price. Great wine list and a few local craft beers. Dessert was insanely good. I force dessert a rating of "OMFG!". The whole meal was amazing and we will be back for sure.
