Installation was all Covid safe, was very polite and luke knew what he was doing and talking about and gave good recommendations to prevent moisture/mould around the windows. Quick and afficent Would highly recommend

This company is horrendous. I implore you to think twice before using them. They supplied French doors which did not match the windows they supplied and fitted. These were all supplied and fitted together and at the same time. They then blamed me for not noticing and then wanting me to pay more to put their mistake right. I refused to pay more for their incompetence. I had just ordered 13,000 of product from them. They then said they lost paperwork because of a computer virus. A responsible business back up all data. It's the old story, lovely when quoting but when there is a problem they just don't care. I was a prospect but made the mistake of becoming a customer. I wished I read the other reviews on here before I commited to purchase with them. The old saying is 'Buyer Beware' and it certainly applies to Wayne's Windows.

This family run business is in it for the long haul. They have a flexible range of products and do not fight shy of giving an individualized service. Attention to detail is paramount, and the fitting crews are their own 'in house' and experienced teams. They are approachable and will 'consume their own smoke' and sort out any wrinkles for you. We have used them in phases having been pleased with the initial phase, we came back.
