Staff are ok. The biggest issue with this store is the accessibility.. It is not very disabled friendly. Going in with a small assistance dog was incredibly stressful I can not imagine what it is like with a wheelchair/mobility scooter or a bigger assistance dog/guide dog.. The aisles are extremely narrow and social distancing is impossible.. Even a lady in a mobility scooter barely managed to get around without taking the whole displays with her.
My family have bought waterproof trousers, 2 waterproof cagoules and at least 4 pairs of serious hiking boots - with proper thick soles - here over the last couple of years. All at decent prices. OK the staff are overstretched and it's not always easy to get served, but as long as you know what you want, the range of choice is excellent and it's great quality for very reasonable money. (This is a review for outdoor kit, I haven't bought sports stuff.)
No social discipline going on very unorganised very disappointed will not be going back in any of their stores again
