These people supposedly manage the building I own a flat in. For months and months we have not had intercom working on the entrance doors. This means we miss deliveries, visitors etc etc. For months residents have complained but nothing has been done. We have no lighting in our corridor and have young children and elderly living here, not even emergency lighting. Health and safety??? At the start of the year we paid 8k to have our windows replaced and even though I sent emails we have heard nothing. I get that we have a covid pandemic but just a little communication or a reply would be great but nothing. They are quick to grab the service charge but are zero help. Shocking company. Use them at your own risk.

Absolutely manipulative and disrespectful staff. I would have given them a negative score had I been able to. The agents are rude and obnoxious. They will demand a pound of flesh wherever they can. I had to bear with these soulless sharks for a year. I have started taking antidepressants due to their nefarious behavior. Steer clear of them or you'll regret it!

They manage our block of flats, appalling amount of damage as they did not repair the roof for years, some of it has had to be rebuilt. All the flat owners complain about the fact they take the service charge money but have never done repairs, the place looks a mess now. Avoid this company at all costs.

I do not recommend this agency, one thing says, and the other they do!!!!! I do not want this gas oven! I asked for gas-electric, that was agreed. But I received only gas oven. !!!

Have just spoken to l a called Sarah she was so rude and obnoxious not at all helpful is this called customer service (l don't think so) didn't want to listen to anything I say how can anyone employ people like this IMPOSSIBLE to have a conversation
