I met Mike earlier this year when after a phone call and loads of helpful advice I visited his shop, he had loads of patience and time to find me the correct Reed and Mouthpiece for my Alto saxophone, he didn’t try to sell me an expensive set up and offered a couple of upgrade solutions, I ended up buying the more expensive one as it sounded the best , Mike also recommended a tutor who I have visited a couple of times in between lockdowns! I then had an itch to buy a Tenor Sax and again Mike had a few good quality secondhand and various price points , Mike helped me make the best selection for a beginner and I was very happy with my choice and he offered a 18 month guarantee. I had a minor issue with Sax and Mike was fantastic, arranged to see it straight away and resolved the issue within the hour , he is so passionate about giving advice and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Mike did a brilliant job on setting up and changing the electrics on my strat. He was very helpful in me telling me how and what I could have done. Would recommend.
Went to Mike's today and the service was excellent, My wife brought me a guitar on Facebook and it needed let's say a bit of TLC and Mike was amazing and very professional with tons of knowledge to go with it. Highly Highly recommended.
