I was anxious about covid as shielding and Liz patiently talked though every step on the phone beforehand to show how it would be covid secure. They were honest with the work that needed doing, and told us what didn't, they were both incredibly helpful.

We had an emergency with the driver's side electric window. It came apart from it's mechanism and came loose in the door frame. It was stuck so we could not close it on a cold and potentially rainy day. We phoned Roy and Liz and were able to be seen, get it fixed and be back on the road within the hour. Great service.
