Great experience. Emailed prior to arrival to arrange viewing test drive and was emailed back first thing as they opened. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready to be taken out and the car was there to sell itself. No hard sales techniques used to push a sale. This made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. After a chat and a laugh we decided the car was right for me and we agreed a price. I also used my outgoing car as a PX which was easy and quick to arrange. I was also given a new MOT and service prior to pickup. Arrived on the day and the car was sitting waiting for me. All paperwork that could be completed before my arrival was already done so all that was required was payments and my signings. This is super service. Would highly recommend people looking for a car to give Bognor Garage a look to see what they can do.
