Visiting Plymouth for a week and needed somewhere to work out, the gym management were very accommodating. A proper old style gym, lots of loose weights, machines, some CV equipment, boxing, punch bags, parking is free. Seems a friendly place, went at different times and could easily get on equipment and weights at whatever time. Thanks for helping me out.

This gym is the nuts! Great gym , very respectful and everyone is willing to help or spot you even if you don't know them! It's my new safe place to destress.
Great old school, proper gym. None of this new fangled, mamby pamby rubber weights nonsense.
Great atmosphere with lots of weights to use. Staff are okay guys. It's an old-school gym and it has what you need to train hard.
