I'm new to the world of Pilates, so I felt that guidance and knowledge was a great idea to kick start my new venture! Kelly is excellent! she's very passionate, knowledgeable and most of all attentive to form, posture and ability! I highly recommend Kelly, as she has sparked off something new and challenging for me! The hour just simply flies by!
