Sundance resort hotel in the pandemic period offered us safe and comfortable stay. Room was clean, but I have visited better quality rooms according to 5 stars hotel rating. In addition bed was very big and comfy. Food variety not bad, and tasty. Very close distance to hotels beach, which offered a lot of sunbeds if swimming pool area was taken. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good place for families with kids.

Great overall hotel for the views and location but the event staff shouting show time every evening for over an hour at dinner time is ridiculous. The sales team were terrible with harassing people to go to their events like sitting on your table when your eating and not leaving.
It was very nice we were there for 2 weeks really enjoyed it the hotel staff and dining area staff were very nice to say about the covid 19 everything was perfect we have booked for next year in October also went on boat trip with Carlos it was fantastic xx
Good hotel, the best beach among many in Turgutreis. Hamam in the hotel with body scrabing and massage highly recommended.
Great hotel and Staff, only 4 stars food was a bit ropey in the mornings, lunch time the small pool restraunt was fine. Taking into account covid restrictions I would definitely go back. Staff made the stay comfortable and pleasant. Surrounding area and town fantastic, salt restraunt 100 yards from hotel amazing as was target bar in turgetries. Overall a great holiday.

Spent ten days at the Sundance Resort. It is a nice place but not a five star but was good value for us. Needs some refurbishment in some areas. Nice grounds and a great sea view. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Food choice was fine. I would stay again.
Would rather sleep on the beach than come back here. The stray dogs that sit and watch you eat your food are cleaner that this so say 5* hotel. Items of food still in the lobby from when we arrived 3 days ago. Blood in the bed upon arrival. Broken glass in the bed upon arrival. Drains smell like someone's deficated in the wardrobe and left it to come in via the aircon. Mould appearing all through the lobby and rooms. Staff are clueless to what they are doing we had to change room after chasing up staff daily complaining that there is glass in the bed and blood. After changing our rooms they lost our bags for an hour and gave us key cards to access someone's room. To say the least the people in the room were not happy to see us when we walked in looking around for our cases. All in all the hotel is an absolute joke. We was staying central in a 35 a night apartment that was cleaned daily and to a higher standard than this so called 5* hotel do your selves a favour and stay clear. I have been coming to Turgutreis for 20 years now and have never been so disappointed in all my time here.
