This hotel is disgusting. It is filthy and run down. Don’t go by the images: they are years old! 1” scum lines All around pool. Games room used for storage and feeding staff. Rooms are filthy, especially kitchenettes. Bathrooms not cleaned and mould everywhere. I could go on and on... Save yourselves heartache and your hard earned cash and go somewhere else.
No water on arrival. There was flooding in the bathroom. When we told them and asked to move they said no then wasted our whole day mid-stay to move only because the leak was affecting another room. Workers made us feel like WE were the problem when it was their poor service. Despite this it was an amazing area and everything else was great.
Shower broken, shower cubicle mould, cockroaches in bathroom light shade. Electric socket broken, fuse box broken and signs of fire, pillows stained and marked, dressing table broken, cigarette burns on furniture, couldn't get hot water, pictures in brochure nothing like apartment, lacking cooking facilities, one pan no knife selection of seven crockery items, poor decoration, you decide, can't understand four stars unless the Turkish star system goes up to twenty or higher. Honestly pay another fifty quid and go somewhere else I wish I had
Been there for 3nights with 2of my friends to end our lovely Turkey trip till this hotel ruined the end of it: Dirty shower area Broken shower, so i was holding the shower by myself while taking a shower No room service while we were there, we asked for changing towels 3times until they brought new towels Internet doesn’t work at ur room, only at the lobby They charged us 20TL/per person to send us to a beach club close to there saying the transport and one drink included, but we took a taxi on our own for return and they just said we didnt have service today without saying it beforehand dirty swimming pool dirty sport centre (gym, pool table and tennis table) pool table has missing balls and the sticks are all tilted Many other problems which caused us trouble in those three day On the bright side the location is great and it is a beautiful complex Anyway the trip was great;) Turkey is recommended but this hotel is not for sure

The matress smells bad and the blankets,dirty bathroom,they don't clean the blankets and the workers their attitude is bad
