We booked on a bespoke 3 day course to go from Zero to Hero ready for a self guided trip to the Norwegian fjords. Our coach, Paul Williams, cannot be praised highly enough. Unrelentingly patient, with 4 60 year old beginners, our aspiration and ambition for the Norway trip was embraced by him enthusiastically and he was rigorous in his instruction as to what we needed to know, be aware of etc. Paddling techniques, rescue and self rescue , safety equipment and risks to consider were all on the agenda and we now feel prepared and excited by the prospect. That said kayaking off Anglesey - sometimes one thinks actually who needs to go to Norway. Thanks Paul and Geth
Had a fantastic one to one experience with gethin,very professional & calming at the same time!.from planning our place to explore with learning about the local tides & my expectations,he ticked all the boxes.not only do you get a fantastic warm instructor,you get a biologist for free as he is a former teacher,who points out things you would never notice that play such a part in the eco system.kayaked will the seals,explored vast caverns of which only accessible by water.great time & an absolutely wonderful man.
