Had an “express delivery” item that should have been delivered Thursday. Waited in all day for it, no luck. Track and trace then changed to the Friday. Surely, it will be delivered as a priority for this day, due to the fact it wasn’t delivered yesterday. Waited in again, no delivery. Track and trace informed me (once I checked), that due to time, the item won’t be delivered today. I ordered this quick service for a very explicit reason, this has drastically cost me time and money, and I’m extremely disappointed. Meanwhile, can’t get hold of anybody via online chat, or by phone. Really poor customer services, and logistically poor for delivering. Wouldn’t have reviewed, had I not experienced poor experience like this before. I doubt I’ll get my delivery this weekend, unless I’m informed otherwise on here. I’m sure I’ll get a reply to this message, referring me to a number you can’t get hold of anybody on.

My order was supposed to be here Wednesday with express delivery.. it’s now Saturday. Waiting in all week... yesterday they said they attempted delivery and left a note.. no attempt was made! CCTV outside so can prove also! Useless bunch!
Waited in all day Saturday for a delivery that was booked for pre 12 am... now it's Tuesday STILL WAITING !!
Have been chasing a delayed delivery - Tried the website online chat service which was a complete waste of time (incorrect information). Then rung Bodmin depot direct & the guy there was was very helpful & told me exactly where the parcel was & when I will receive it. Thank you Bodmin depot..
Let down by driver who who I am supposing ran out of time to deliver but added to the tracking that apparently I was out and had been messaged,, Unfortunately for him the road and access is covered by security camera so we can prove this is an invented excuse.. Nothing to reccomend here
