It is not often I can say I come across tradies that genuinely care about there customers. This is something I can definitely say about the team at Bodmin Plumbing. I was given a quote for over 1000 to fix something through my real estate agent in my investment property and something didn't add up, I asked around and the Bodmin team were highly recommended so I sent them in for a second opinion. They were onsite within 24 hours and fixed the problem on the spot! In the end they found a better solution and it cost me less then a quarter of what I was originally quoted. Above an beyond service, solid understanding of there industry and genuine care for customer satisfaction. All things considered, i simply would not go anywhere else for my plumping needs!
Amazing service. My hot water tank had leaked through the kitchen ceiling overnight... water everywhere, disaster. The Bodmin team came straight out, sorted everything and installed a new tank within an hour or so on THE SAME DAY. We had the hot water back an hour or two later. Unbelievable. Beat the competition's over-the-phone price as well. I thoroughly recommend them. Cleaned up afterwards ... even hosed the rusty overflow water off the garden path. These guys are gems!
I'm not a fan of using tradies that I don't know or never heard of as I've had so many issues In the past but let me tell you that I've been converted, I'm very very happy with this company and they will be go-to plumber from now on! They quoted on time, when they won the tender they yet again turned up on time, did the job right and cleaned up after. Fair price, great bunch of people and great quality service! Thanks again Zach!
