Good heart, Good service. Great first experience servicing my Triumph Street Triple. I waited there for 3 hours (but they proposed me a replacement vehicle if needed); and the wait was actually quite convenient with free coffee!!

Overall it's a big store and you'd be hard pressed to not find what you're looking for related to motorbikes. However, as most salespeople are apt to do, I got shafted on the price of a slightly used bike (it was LITERALLY identical to what Suzuki officially charges on their website). I'm lucky that I couldn't take it home that same day (they needed to clean it etc), so after getting home and looking around, I managed to save 2k for pretty much the same product elsewhere. On one hand, it's always \buyer beware\ when discussing prices with salespeople, but on the other, I was given an egregiously high price by this particular salesperson, which really made me trust this place less.

Amazing selection, sales service is decent.
Their repair and maintenance service is very bad and they don't care customer satisfaction at all. I left my bike for oilchange but they gave it back very dirty, there were many oil drops everywhere, also on the seat of the motorbike and they didn't even clean those oil drops.. they also put too much oil above its ideal oil level and they said nothing happens and I must use it like that..Because they didn't want to correct their fault. Every rider knows that there shouldn't be too much oil in the bike than ideal level..After I pushed them, they changed the oil level but I will never trust them and leave my bike to them.
