Had an amazing visit at Lecea on our honeymoon. Tour through the caves was super interesting and enjoying a tasting with the owner/winemaker was a great treat. Fantastic historical winery if you are in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

We turned up without an appointment and were made very welcome by the girl on reception (I forgot to make a note of her name!) despite her being very busy with other groups. She arrange a mini tasting for us, introducing all the wines and even finding some snacks for my daughter. The Corazon del Lago is AMAZING! One of our two favourite wines of our entire trip. The note I had made was \special wines\ and that was definitely true.

Generational winemakers- keeping with tradition but infusing a modern business model. Fantastic tour- take a jacket for the consistent 13degres Celsius caves. Thoroughly enjoyed the stories of historical wine making in the 500 year old caves and the family’s life in the local village.
