The Edinburgh team were brilliant at getting me a beautiful Copenhagen wall unit installed Laura was a huge help in designing a wall system for my lounge when I moved house. I have a whole wall unit that stores my books, my drinks cabinet and my TV, as well as lots of other things in the plethora of shelves. It has been carefully positioned and designed to give me access to the power units behind. The wall behind has been painted bright yellow so you get little glimpses of colour through the open parts of the unit. The design process was straight forward - and fun! Installation day was exciting and the team were efficient and considerate. The whole unit looks absolutely stunning and I was so pleased with it I went on and ordered another, smaller unit, with a built in desk. Thanks to Katherine for that one! I would totally recommend the BoConcept team and the Copenhagen system - I am really pleased with it!

It took me over a year to buy my Carlton sofa. Why? Because it took that long to realise I couldn’t find a sofa that was half as stylish and half as comfortable as a Bo Concept Carlton sofa but at a cheaper price. Impossible! The staff at Edinburgh Bo Concept soon got use to me popping in and trying to talk myself out of wanting the sofa. They didn’t push or cajole, they were happy to let the furniture do the talking. And it did! Eventually I signed on the dotted line and knew I’d done the right thing. And the connection didn’t stop there. I had regular contact with supportive people (they know who they are) informing me of delivery times and checking all was well. And the delivery team were stars too. Living on the top floor of an Edinburgh tenement gave them a degree-level puzzle in geometry. Finally they realised they’d have to, all but, take the sofa apart and reassemble it in situ. Which they did cheerfully and professionally, passing on maintenance guidance in the process. So now I own a Carlton Sofa (in Napoli Green) and I’ve showed photos of it to all my friends. But when they say “it looks super-stylish but I bet it’s not that comfortable”, I invite them over to try it and then win them over when they do. Happy. Happy. Happy.

Whilst this place is not cheap you do get quality. Great pre sales service and interior designers who give greatly appreciated advice. Not pushy at all. The design is unique and highly customisable, you can choose the fabric, finish and configuration and it's all hand made in Denmark. Delivery can be a bit slow and only during the week which is a bit frustrating of you can't work from home. Decent sales as well.

We first bought some furniture from Boconcept in 2015 and loved it all so much that when we bought our new home we went into Edinburgh and spoke to Laura Spiers about what we could do. We emailed our floor plans and Laura put some ideas together, we wanted to keep our sofa and Laura came up with replacing the resting end with a chaise that mirrored the one we already had. I was a little nervous as our sofa is red however you would never know they were bought at separate times. We also bought some more furniture including a dining table with 6 chairs that are different colours and fabrics and the effect is simply stunning we love everything and a huge thank you to David K and William for the fab installation process. We still have a few more bits and pieces to come and are looking forward to the end result. The quality in everything we have purchased is second to none absolutely over the moon so thank you Boconcept for helping us turn our house into a home .
