Great location filled with beautiful scenery. Wild life surrounding two lakes offers natural photographers opportunity to explore. Spacious walking paths with many athletic fields to choose. Bring a bike, a lounge chair or a good book. A great place to be or visit with family and friends. Enjoy the moment..

Fields are always in excellent condition, facility is fairly new, softball fields are also in excellent condition. The leagues that play here are very well organized, it’s really a great place to play and officiate. Facilities are available both at the soccer fields and at the softball fields and the perimeter pathway around the entire complex is great for biking walking and running, especially the portion that goes around the pond on the southwest part of the park! Truly great park! Don’t get it confused with the beach park of a similar name!

This park is lovely. I never had an issue with parking on both of my two visits. I have not been to the \athletic\ side of the park. I have walked the paved path to the pondhawk natural area loop and back around the other side of the lake in the athletic park—a great diversity of plants and habitat changes and wildlife (birds, occasional gator, iguanas, and more). Pondhawk has an excellent display board with a map and information on some of the plants and wildlife. People are walking, running, roller skating, riding bikes throughout the place. If you're in their way, they can be quite rude when they could go around you. Other than ignoring them, enjoy the nature this park has to offer.
