I purchased a bedroom set on 3/12 from Courtney (who was great). The 1 star review is b/c of the customer service (not at the store). I postponed my delivery the end of March b/c of COVID. It was impossible to try to get a hold of someone to throughout April. 5/1 Kyle from Bob's texted me saying picking a delivery date would hold my furniture for me.. I continued to text Kyle the next few months pushing back my delivery date until 7/13. 7/13 I set up my delivery date & found out they did not hold the furniture for me b/c of a mistake Kyle made. I would have to wait 3 months for 2 major pieces of furniture. I ended up spending 400 more for a nicer bedroom set that would arrive on time. I was told by 2 ppl I would receive a discount but never received it. 7/30 my furniture arrived damaged.. Waited on hold for forever & waited 2 weeks for a technician to come out & do nothing. Had to wait 3 more hours on the phone to schedule a new delivery & was told again I would not get a discount. I had to have a technician come out 3 times & did not receive the new furniture until 12/8. Such a hassle to receive damaged stuff & to not be given what I was told. DO NOT PROMISE DISCOUNTS IF YOU CAN NOT OR WILL NOT GIVE IT! Was recommended Bob's by a friend but won't be going to them again after this experience.

Giving 2 stars only because our sales person was very easy to work with and the quality of the undamaged items is good. The delivery expectations and the communication about delays is absolutely horrible. My original delivery was delayed 4 times, with zero communication to me. I spent hours of my time on hold for customer service to find out what was going on, just got a “sorry it’s back ordered” response. Finally got our order 2mi this after the original date and 1 item was damaged. That was early December, and I was told I could not get a replacement until mid-February. Again, it’s mid-feb and I haven’t heard a thing so I reached out again, and guess what, my item is now not available until sometime in April. That puts this 8 months after my purchase date. This item is still in the showroom being sold to people who are probably being told “4-6 weeks” like I was.

Best furniture buying experience. Team very knowledgeable but not pushy. Furniture selection great. Financing options really good. Delivery on time and the guys did great job. We bought a.Chofa. adorable, sturdy, came with zip pockets underneath that had the throw.pillows. very cool. Great price!

The sales representatives at this location are polite and enjoyable to work with, but the problem is the product and corporate return policies. I bought two accent chairs and both were defective when delivered. The two replacement chairs were just delivered are also defective. I just want to cut my losses and get a refund, but that's not allowed. Two more chairs will be delivered and they have been flagged to be quality checked before delivery. Why isn't this always done? Another delay...I was told we can discuss a gift card once they product is finally delivered. I should have stuck with Hometown Furniture in Plainfield. UPDATE: 2 more defective chairs were just delivered and there was a sticker on these chairs indicating that they were previous returns as well. I need a ticker....6 defective chairs have been attempted to be delivered.

Nice experience in 2017 but don’t buy the goof proof warranty. It was sold to me as a “anything goes” type of warranty for five years when there are so many limitations and time frames, none of which were actually explained to me as it appears on the website. Filing a claim is nearly impossible to find on their website, though the person I talked to in store was very helpful helping me figure it out. Not worth the hassle. Otherwise, happy with my furniture, just annoyed I got played.
