Loved the customer service. Starting with Edgar who greets customers at the entrance and take your temperature due to Covid-19. Ty also was very nice and helped out in the beginning. Finally finished my purchase with Michael who was awesome. Very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions from mattress info to going in details of all the items I bought and their price. Mostly like the fact of not feeling pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend

My Emerson charcoal headboard and frame was delivered today. After the frame and headboard was assembled correctly I noticed a 5-6 inch gap between the headboard and mattress. I contacted customer service to share my concern. They intern told me there is usually 1-2 inches space on either side of the mattress for a comforter which makes no sense. I am 6'3, 225 lbs and I was able to comfortably stand in the frame in-between the mattress and headboard. That is how much extra space there is. I was told there is nothing they can do because of COVID-19 and the safety of their staff, which is understandable. I was further notified that I would be contacted when the stores open back up. Whats ironic is I can pay for someone to come in my home during COVID-19 to assemble the bed, but no one can come and deliver a proper fitting frame, take a look at the issue or send a new bed. Oh and you can't return the bed once it is in the home. How convenient is that. I recommend waiting to purchase once the stores open up. If you have any issues with your product especially manufactured issues there is nothing that can be done and the company will not do anything to help or assist.

I had an amazing experience at Bob's Discount Furniture! When you go there, please ask for Antoine, he's the best! He is friendly, patient, and has excellent customer service skills. Also he's very knowledgeable about the abundance of furniture being sold (which happens to be at a very affordable price). I felt extremely welcomed and appreciated. Now who doesn't love that?!

This was an awesome experience. Gladys greeted us as we came in...it gave us a sense of relief and confidence knowing that she is keeping safe by making sure that no one is exposed by following guidelines.. Manny was truthful and honest. He engaged right away..no sales pressure..gave us many options and helped us make the correct choice. So happy we made the best decision... thank you BOBs
