Corned Beef sandwich guy. here. I come in a couple times a month and they remember my order. I love Bob's but I have an affinity for food cooked on a flat grill. Its the perfect way to prepare hot deli sandwiches. The staff is friendly and hard working and they share duties, which is how it should be. If the waitress is too busy, the cook will grab your order. If you like a good old fashined greasy spoon, without the grease. Hit Bob's. You won't be disappointed.

Bob's Diner is a quiet, comfortable restaurant. It is never busy, but it is always reasonably priced and tasty. I got the salmon salad and my family both got burgers. The salmon salad was beautifully presented and equally tasty. I have had quite a few salmon salads and I would go so far as to say this one is my favorite. My family also enjoyed their burgers.
Love this little place. It’s a family establishment in a family town. While I’ve had most things on the menu, I usually get the Kitchen Sink. Most days Bob is on site, and his son Trevor is always there making sure the family business runs smoothly. Their food is great, coffee’s great and their carry out boxes are compostable.
Fun little place in downtown Louisville. Definitely the kind of diner you would find along Route 66. Not very large, small and intimate; very serious about all health precautions. The breakfast was good, clearly a locals crowd with a lot of regulars.
Nice little hole in the wall diner in downtown Louisville. Has a cool little patio, and the service is always great. Huevos Rancheros was pretty good, and they were on point with refilling coffee. One drawback is that the bathroom is down the hall, but not that big of a deal. Great restaurant!
