As others have indicated, Bob is a thoroughly professional person, not to mention just a nice bloke! My cracked Samsung screen was fixed in half an hour, at a highly competitive price. No hesitation in recommending. A true 5 star experience and an example of small business excellence.

Clearly a very genuine guy as when getting an iPhone repaired although the parts he got from his manufacture were faulty he replaced them for me twice at no extra cost until eventually changing manufactures for the repair, something that I know other repair shops in the area simply wouldn't do. Also got an iPad repaired which has been working great since, and a very quick turnaround for the repairs as well, iPhone and iPad were both repaired within hours and had them back the same day. Would definitely recommend

Used it for retrieving phone data and phone no switching on. 25 later and twice having it phone was only charged up enough to get what I wanted from it. Battery wasn't replaced at all. Use then at your peril. Spoke with bob who gladly refunded my second payment as there had been a mix up and incorrect message about phone given to me. Thank you for the refund.
