First time here, came for an early dinner around 4:00 pm so it wasn't crowded. The Good: - Restaurant facility is beautiful & clean - Service was friendly - Good BBQ sauce - Sides were very tasty (coleslaw & mac n cheese) - Donut machine, say what! - Nice selection of beers The Bad: - Expensive, by far the priciest BBQ in the valley - Ribs were very salty and overcooked - Brisket lacked flavor, more chopped than sliced - Sides were extremely small (except baked potato) - Specialty drinks way overpriced, start @ 14 Overall enjoyed our meals and service but there are better options for BBQ, probably won't go back.

This place is amazing! And the service with Jake is outstanding. It’s one thing to get great food but when you get great service it makes everything even more special. Bless this young man he blessed us today.
Has always been an Iconic place in Phornix. Great BBQ and love the sack of Donuts you take with you. Nice touch.

We had called in a order to go. Bobby-Q refused to honor our Costco gift cards received this Christmas/COVID-19 pandemic year. So Bobby-Q did not want to honor them. They should had mention about the gift card issue at the time we called. \We can't see or read the sign on a door through the phone\. I wanted to just leave and let them EAT IT! If Costco doesn't refund us. I will never eat or order there again! And buy any gift cards with Bobby-Q logo listed. It's a first and embarrassing to return any gift cards back to the givers. \Bad customer service
