Always a good breakfast. Great service, friendly, quick with the coffee, refills. I had a ham and biscuit Benedict. It was excellent, a little short on the potatoes though. The rest of us had pancakes, eggs, sausage, western omelet. Everyone left happy and satisfied. Parking is close, free, easy. Greeted and seated quickly. All good.

Perfect comfort food, great service. If you've never tried it, give their sweet and creamy cappuccino a try. I was pleasantly surprised at just how good it was!
I've been ordering Bob evens at least 3 times a week over the past two months. I've had a couple complaints, but overall my experience was great. However today... I called and spoke to a gentleman about my family size soup. It was ICE COLD! He informed me that was the way they serve it before 9 am. I then told him, I've never gotten cold soup before from them. He told me that the reason my soup was hot in the past was because they were \being nice\ I then asked him why it doesn't specify on the website and he got extremely rude. He said to me I don't know what else to tell you, then hung up on me! I'm very dissatisfied at this point! They just might lose a VERY frequent customer.
When I arrived I stood at the podium for almost five minutes before someone asked if I have been helped. I said no, and was promptly taken to my choice of seating. My side salad (Cesar salad) came out looking and tasting like it had been sitting in the dressing for a couple of hours, despite the server insisting that they made all salads to order. I didn't eat it. Then the fried chicken wasn't even as good as KFC chicken. I guess I would have expected it to be at least as good if not better than a fast food joint... bottom line is, they need to work on the quality of the food coming out of that kitchen. I do not expect it to be gormet quality but at least it should taste better than fast food.
