Terrible service so bad I would be reluctant to buy a new bmw was made to queue for Ages even though they had members of staff literally doing nothing and messing about
Over the top although service is good
In general a good garage, good experience, sympathetic salespersons. But they loose a star for the terrible telephone reception, especially that of the service department.
Good attendance to customer but it takes too long to have the car back. The car was delivered nicely cleaned.
Best Service I have ever experienced for any dealership
Friendly staff, competent service and sales, big choice of new cars, waiting time due to high popularity.
