Friendly staff. Excellent selection and great prices. No complaints except for the smaller than desired car park. They even have free trolleys!!

Visited for a quick shop. Not very busy at the tills. Selection of wrapping paper is poor at this store. Good range of toys and homeware etc. Car park available with limited parent and child parking. Store could be kept tidied at all times as there is always items staff have left in aisles. Staff are friendly and are willing to help.

Myself n my daughter and her gf Abbie went to b n m's yesterday to buy some storage boxes there were only 2 left but they had broken lids a lovely young man was sweeping up nearby so I asked him if there were anymore lids well this young gentlemen went out of his way to find sum lids we waited a good 10 minutes and he came back with the lids he was courteous polite helpful and genuinely a lovely helpful fella I asked him his name he said it was Chris but there are 3 Chris's that work there so a massive shout out to a wonderful young man known to me as Chris J all in all a great shopping experience all thanks to Chris J good on yr son Stevie Hughes
