It's ok shop. Hate the way staff stand at front of store having cigarette break fine if having a cuppa and some fresh air . Should be at back door where deliveries are dropped off if needing to have a cigarette .
Despite being a fan of B&M stores, over the years I have experienced several occasions of misleading pricing/price tags or pricing info incorrectly placed at Whitley Bay. Since lockdown had not been back to Whitley Bay until today when a Ramar Sponge (LARGE lettering priced at 1.79) was actually 2.79 (apparently price at large sponges was for small sponges) and Maltesers (displayed at 1) had actually gone up to 1.25. Because of previous negative experience I had carefully checked the prices/price tags for each purchase I chose, yet there werer still problems. However, the check-out lady couldn't have been more helpful or patient in resolving, so thank you very much to this lady whose name I should have noted.
Some items are less expensive here.. I even found m&ms mint and peanut butter at 89p!
