All too often staff in this store have had a history of being needlessly rude! Today I encountered the rudest of all, Hannah - A gleaming bundle of light! Saw Cat litter priced at 5.99 with 4 stock items in its relevant space (as well as piled up to the right). Went to the till and was charged 6.99. Queried with the nice chap (a better example of customer service than his supervisor) and he called for help. Presumably Hannah’s wonderful customer service skills came from being disturbed on her break. Sorry to disturb you Hannah but them’s the joys of working at a higher level and the reason you see a little more in your salary each month! Apparently the bar codes did not match (the description did) and she bluntly argued that there was a space where the tag was - there wasn’t! check the attached pic where it clearly shows items in their “apparent” place, I moved them slightly to the right so i could take a photo to show the chap on the checkout. If something’s labelled up incorrectly or dumped in the wrong place by staff members then so be it, things happen - The massive issue for me was the attitude and point blank rudeness demonstrated by Hannah and blatantly arguing that black is white. Whilst she may be used to dealing with rude people, I am not one and don’t expect to be treated like an idiot. As a result we did not purchase it and I’ll be following up this review with a call to complain next week! When there are so many people out of work, or struggling to get back to work after lockdown it’s a shame one person can portray such a negative image to the company they represent. Highly unimpressed
Well I thought it was a very nice shop, friendly staff, very tidy and fresh. And easy to park your car, there was one very dangerous problem leaving the the car park, and is that your view looking right because of bushes that are far to high to be safe, just need to be half the hight.

Staff are usually quite upbeat and happy to help. I can normally find everything that I need and more in this branch. Shelves are always fully stocked and tidy enough.
