Whenever I go in I always stock up on my favourite fabulousa cleaners they have a great selection at this store. The staff can be a little rude sometimes.

Always had good service in b&m stores especially beccles branch which is my local store. But in Riverside today I came across the most grumpiest & unhelpful member of staff. I believe she was a supervisor which if anything she should have behaved better, but when I asked her where the birthday cards were she completely ignored me twice, but on the third time of asking she gave me the most glaring look and snapped over there. Well over there could have been anywhere from where I was standing so i then had to ask where \there\ was and she then said over there 2 isles to the left. Why couldn't she have said that in the first place? Looks like a certain supervisor needs further training on customer service and being polite to customers.
A variety of everything ...love these type of stores....go in for aspirin ...come out with...xmas decs...a tree...crackers and ceiling decs...wot more could you want....oh yes and lots of booze
Car parking good. Large range of stock at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff!
Love B&M but they really need to get more nicotine shots for vape juices in, they're often out of stock!
