I went to this store to buy some solar lights (according to the app in stock) and I couldn't see them on the shelf and as the sign says ask for help so I went to ask two members of staff and the middle aged woman said if they aren't on the shelf not in stock me personally i would have gone into the warehouse and looked for the item's (I like too do a good job)obviously she doesn't so a lost sale and a disgruntled customer
The store staff in the city centre of Worcester has a very poor attitude. Among them, a fat woman is even more outrageous. Every time I see a minority, I have a contemptuous look, which is hurt for the consumer. What's even more ridiculous is that the specials are bought by the staff. Consumers rarely buy cheap goods. I hope your company pays attention to this problem.
