Very poor checkout service. 10.40am and the queue is about 25 customers long.

Not so bad... but could of had more variety as it's a big store .
My 1st time at this store. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not as much choice as my usual store at Merrilands.
Smallish B&M so doesn't have the range that other local ones like merrielands do however what they do have they keep restocked well, not too busy with clear social distancing signs in place. Staff are friendly and helpful
No problems but doesn't always look that clean. Reasonable stocked shelves
