Every time I enter B&M there is a dull atmosphere. Despite the aisles being well lit, there is a strange feeling of a looming darkness... the selection of brands is pretty wide and the prices are decent, so the darkness and dullness shouldn't really affect my review. I have seen a lot of complaints of low stocks, but I have never had a problem with it. However, there is a small fridge for things like milk, milkshakes, cold fizzy drinks, salads, butter, sandwiches, pasta pots, and pasties, which seems to always be mostly empty in the food section. The tills are mostly unmanned, there is usually 2 employees there at a time, these same employees never smile and barely talk. Also, the space behind the tills is not sufficient enough for customers that are still browsing to walk past, especially when there are lines due to the lack of employees at work. I barely go to B&M but every time I have I can't say I was UPSET with my experience... but I've never had an excessively GOOD experience. If you just need a few things for dinner or whatever, take a look, it's not the worst shop.

Very poor. We witnessed an old lady fall over and smack her head, her husband was just as bewildered bless him. It took 10 mins for staff to come after we had told the lady on the kiosk. The lady could barely stand!! I said she'd need a cup of tea and a seat to which we were told no we can't do that!! God forbid it was the woman's grandmother!! No ambulance called and the old couple bundled into a taxi, absolutely disgusting!!!!!
Good store but sadly low on stock in a lot of isles. Managed to get a few bits that I wasn't really going in for, however all of the things I did go in for were not in stock. Parking is 40p for 30 mins, where as its free at other b and m stores. Staff friendly. Nice size store, could be better.
