I brought my Golf GTD to Amin today and what an amazing service I received! Fantastic customer service, lovely garage and really nice waiting area too! Well what can I say, as tagline says 'in pursuit of perfection' Amin and the team at BM Specialists certainly embrace and even exceed this business ethic. I have used dealers in the past, but none come close to what BM Specialists offer in terms of service and value. All independents I have used before are now charging more than dealer prices as they have grown and become more established losing that personal touch. This is not the case with Amin who was there to answer my many questions and provided an incredibly special feel to my vehicle servicing experience. It was well worth the 50-mile journey. I was invited into the workshop to view the work he has carried out and he advised on potential ‘lookouts’ and advised accordingly. A meticulous attention to detail, a second to none customer service, open communication, honesty, and transparency is what sets BM Specialists above and beyond all its competitors. Would never take my pride and joy anywhere else again. Well done Amin and team.
I sent an enquiry request from the website. Amin came back to me quickly and explained what work he could do for me. I had asked about remapping the engine of my BMW. He advice was clear and concise and also ( unusually for garages) provided a quote over the phone. I booked the car in and the work was carried out professionally and without fuss. He had done a diagnostic check on the car also and advised me of forthcoming possible issues. No pressure and no hidden extras. He has a tidy setup and would recommend him ( and his dad) highly. I am sure that he is good with all marques but if you are a BMW owner that’s the place to go
