B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Unfortunately I had a complaint, it happens! The manager who eventually served me was professional, patient and understanding. I should have gotten his name but I was so wound up by some of the staff (who say they are management, however in my opinion they lack people skills and experience in how to deal with customers) . The manager who finally seen to my complaint was mature, helpful and resolved my issue... I will definitely continue to shop at B&M however, I will be extra care who I approach for support and advice . B&;M please value the staff who do an excellent job and look to educate and train the ones who really haven't a clue or perhaps they really don't give a damn . Thank you from a loyal and honest customer.

Very good Bargains wall paper is cheap but good quality, am decorating my house most of things have come from B&M.......
