A good shopping experience. Wide aisles so social distancing possible. I bought some picture frames at a really good price. Nice to see a variety to choose from.

Had a good shop a part from a key and letter rack all hooks for the keys broken got to take it back tomorrow.
Visited today with my daughter and the staff were very helpful when my daughter needed to use the toilet, they overheard her asking to go and offered to let her use the staff toilet and showed us to it, very kind and understanding staff!
The only reason why I have put one star is because your company (which is a huge company, not the small convience shop) are letting your customers and more importantly your staff down. They are at risk constantly in YOUR store of contracting Covid 19 because you - the owners - seem to think that they do not need to put in place the safety of everyone in their store. You cannot expect your staff to police this situation as they are at risk of abusive behavior. It is YOUR responsibility to keep everyone safe while your are able to continue with your business at this present time. I did question very quietly and politely why she wasn't wearing a mask and she said 'because I haven't got Covid'. Need I say more? When I questioned the assistant who I feel sorry for because they are at high risk from these people, he said that although it's the law they don't have security staff to police it. It's YOUR responsibility to put this in place. If I do not get a justified reason from you about this situation I am going to my MP because I feel very strong about it.
I like B&M as it's very close to where I live and there is ample free parking. It sells all kinds of everything, even some strange things you wouldn't even imagine like the cereals below..my daughter used to eat them 30 odd years ago ️
