Brilliant... I bought a much sought after egg chair for my garden. The staff were so helpful in particular Pete who was extremely kind and courteous. Top marks B&M Bolton.

The staff here as so helpful and since its had its revamp and been spruced up the store itself looks great. Some stock levels are patchy at times but that maybe down to the Pandemic affecting suppliers. The Security guard is an asset to the company as I have seen first hand how the manager(another nice guy) and the said guard delt with an anebriated customer with such kindness and charity. I hope they are informed of this post personally and I certainly will continue to shop at this store.
