Staff extremely helpful, but got some flea drops. Went to deflea the dog and the box was empty. Cost 11 for an empty box.

No social distancing, staff are miserable and judgemental. Seem to pick and chose which daily customers they’ll respect. Had homophobic slurs muttered whilst my daughter, her friend and I walked past from STAFF. From the older ones too! Should know better. If you want your privacy and dignity respected, shop elsewhere.
