B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

BIG THANK YOU to John from garden department today for his help. Due to sudden big queue outside the store, my partner was unable to get to me after I had entered the store. John was extremely generous and helpful when I was unable to lift heavy items. He carried everything I wanted in to the trolley and push the trolley to the till for payment and offered help loading the car. Thankfully my partner was able to meet me at the exit to take the trolley and load the car leaving Helpful John to help others. Thank you very much John for your kindness and help.

Half the shelves are empty, too many people for safe covid distances, no queue system.

Recently moved location at Peel to the old Homebase store. Good range of goods and decent garden centre area. Unfortunately there was little social distancing and many people were not wearing any type of face covering. The store management should be on top of this to protect all customers and staff.

New shop, seems to sell everything. Including BBQ gas
