I really like this place; convenient, off a main road with good parking. It has a lot of big-name brands for sale and it beggars the question: if B&M can sell at these prices, why can't the big-name superstores? Staff are friendly, Covid precautions are good. All-in-all, well worth a visit

Good range of products at a fair price. Generally good quality. Shepton Mallet has excellent staff. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
One of the larger stores so good to go to. An unfortunate amount of customers not respecting social distancing, including apparently (from overheard conversation) off duty staff. Such a shame when it's all obviously had a lot of effort put in to facilitate safe shopping.
Customers and staff with little idea of social distancing. Constantly touching everything and no sanitizer available at the entrance. Don't go when it's busy.
Ummm. What to say. It is like a cheep looking Asda with large selection of item many at a fair price. The presentation looks tired as does the car parking area. None of this inspires confidence and some of the goods are very 'cheep' in quality. I supose it depends on what you are there for. I can't say there is anything about this store that will inspire me to travel 10 miles to shop there again in a hurry.
