This shop is decent for buying random things. Although, it is hard to navigate as it is not set out very well. Often have to ask where things are. Also, staff are either not wearing masks or not covering their nose with them. I'm only half satisfied with my experience today.

Great place for browsing and spending far more than you planned too! Always a great stock of items.
You can get a bargain but some products like Garden stuff is not always of good quality. DIY products are not always cheaper than Wickes. Food purchase I would not recommend. Boiling hot in-store during Summer time. No air-conditioning installed
It was ok . But the staff there were all grumpy and the crisp packet we bought was open. It is not clean on the floors but other than that it is ok . Although the cashier didn't even smile or say hello to us it was a little unwelcoming byyeeeeeee
Back in August I shopped I think at this branch (Kept my receipt to remind me post code on receipt says SG5 2OQ- BM directory does not exactly match) when we passing this area. The gentleman I asked for locating items was extremely helpful. His name was Aaron and he knew all the products and even helped me carry the items to the car- I was so impressed with his attitude providing 5 star traditional service and wanted to say thank you- what a huge asset this member of staff is to B&M.. I will return to this branch again when in the area soon as it is a larger branch and great service THANK YOU AGAIN
