Previous reviews have said it all. When my mother died Michael guided us step by step throughout the entire process helping us through a very difficult time. Michael arranged a beautiful funeral including the wonderful flowers. Everything was perfect on the day. We are so grateful.

Michael provide a professional and caring service for the passing of my sister recently and he truly went above and beyond in the duty of care for my sister and my family. I can not thank Michael enough for what he did for us and how understanding he was in such a difficult time. He really made an awful time for us all very stress free and easy and he took care of absolutely everything. An old friend once said to me that I would be rewarded in heaven for the things I've done for people in my life and these words are so Michael in every way what an absolute wonderful professional person he was start to Finnish I could not recommend him enough to family's who may ever be in need of this service. As a family, we cannot thank Michael enough for the way in which he looked after our late mother and us at a very difficult time. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were never made to feel that anything was too much to ask. His sensitivity, humanity and professionalism goes far beyond what we had expected for someone in his role. Michael is a very special man providing a comforting and premier service and the way in which we were guided throughout, we will remember with gratitude for a lifetime.

After a very unfortunate experience with another Blyth Funeral Director who (mis)handled my father's funeral in Feb 2018, we turned to Michael Lee to look after our mother, whom we sadly lost in Jul 2018. He has proven to be an exceptional find, and I can but recommend him in every respect, providing a professional, courteous and dignified service. Everything was just right, from the guidance he provided at every step of the process, the immaculate presentation of our mother at the chapel of rest, to the cortege, the bearers and the ceremony itself.
